With reference to your letter of the 23rd ultimo, and in reply to your inquiry whether it is proposed to remove by Imperial Legislation, the doubt as to the necessity of the Governor's Confirmation in cases of Suspension of Certificates by Colonial Courts.
I am to state that it is not proposed to enact any such clause at present.
